Abraham Sanchez is an OC/LA based drummer known for his soulful, solid & disciplined style of drumming. Abe has traveled throughout Latin America & the U.S performing with various artists. Abraham always provides excellence, professionalism, great attitude & a unique/versatile style of drumming.
Abraham started playing drums at the age of 14. Abe's father is also a musician & became Abe's first musical mentor & inspiration. Being a self-taught musician Abraham quickly developed a skill for drumming while practicing in his garage or playing in his Jr High & High School Band. After High School Abe continued drumming in local venues & bars around the OC & LA area. Those experiences equipped & motivated Abe to move on to bigger & better things.
Abe's professional career has spanned from performing in local clubs to touring nationally & internationally. Abe has become a very well recognized & respected musician in the Latin Music & American Music community. As much as Abe enjoys traveling & performing in front of live audiences, Abraham also enjoys working in the studio collaborating & creating music with other artists/musicians around the world..
When Abe isn't on the road or working in the studio he is performing with his home Church Worship Team. Abraham is very thankful for every opportunity given to him to share his talent. No opportunity is to big or to small. Abraham is always looking & is always ready for the next open door. Some of Abraham's drum influences are Ash Soan, Steve Jordan, Robert "Sput" Searight, Vinnie Colaiuta & Victor Loyo to name a few.
